Without �㽶��Ƶ, the old cliche, if it's not documented, it's not done. We would not be accountable. We would not be able to track. We would not be able to measure our productivity. Without �㽶��Ƶ, I think it'd be a lot more chaotic. Originally, everything was in their own separate universe. With Asset Essentials, it's all in one central area. So when something goes wrong or some of things not right, we almost immediately can know about it and can work to fix it. It would be a lot of, heavy lifting for our our team and for myself. It'll be hard to pull those quick reports when the board is requesting information on our current life cycle, on our HVAC systems, our roof systems, our different assets within the district. I guess you just try to rely on tribal knowledge, then you gotta go to the people that have been there the longest and be like, what do you know about this? That's tough to imagine. Been in the Brightley family for quite a while now. The support that's given is fantastic. I've looked at other work order systems that have kind of come across my inbox and I just don't feel that same connection there. It's more of just a software used to collect data. It's not really a community. It just doesn't feel as comfortable to use.
