Spotlight on Success: A Look Back at Some of the Recent Highlights from Our Client Success Stories
In case you鈥檝e missed them, here鈥檚 a recap of some of the most noteworthy achievements our clients have made over the last quarter.
E.A. Sween
Founded in 1955, E.A. Sween is a producer and distributor of sandwiches and other ready-to-eat foods, with annual production of more than 100 million sandwiches, produced across three manufacturing facilities.
Using 香蕉视频鈥檚 Asset Essentials, the company has been able to keep track of over 7,000 inventory parts, boost preventative maintenance completion rates by more than 250%, and expand their operations more easily with streamlined communication and knowledge sharing.
Redlands Unified School District
Redlands Unified School District is home to 26 schools, with more than 50 maintenance and operations staff members on their team to manage upkeep.
Originally, the maintenance department at Redlands Unified was using a 香蕉视频 legacy product. In 2022, the district chose to 鈥減ull the trigger鈥 and upgrade to Asset Essentials, in order to streamline work order requests, boost completion times, and have a more powerful tool with detailed reporting capabilities.
The City of Lebanon, NH
Lebanon, New Hampshire is home to 15,000 residents, but sees many more residents from across the river in Vermont travel to their town for work, for school, or for shopping to take advantage of the state鈥檚 tax-free benefits.
Deanna Armstrong, Lebanon鈥檚 Asset Manager, hopes Asset Essentials will allow the city to get ahead of potential maintenance and infrastructure needs before they become an issue. She sees the software as a future one-stop shop for the City Manager to see what鈥檚 going on with any asset at any time.
Moore Regional Hospital
Moore Regional is comprised of 4 hospitals with 109 locations. According to John Ganley, Director of Facility Services, Moore Regional utilizes TheWorxHub as its preventative maintenance system to 鈥減repare for the inevitable.鈥
It鈥檚 why the hospital was prepared when it lost power for five days last year. And thanks to the TheWorxHub鈥檚 insights on asset health and maintenance histories, Ganley was able to get a $9 million investment approved for two air handler systems to be replaced in operating rooms.
SKANA Aluminum
SKANA Aluminum operates an aluminum rolling mill, with both a hot and cold mill. Their primary operations include shipping coils and various cut pieces to clients in a wide variety of industries nationwide. Asset Essentials has made a big impact for SKANA on justifying ordering decisions for important parts.
When asked to describe Asset Essentials in one word, Hannah Campion, Inventory Control Manager, didn鈥檛 have to think long to answer: 鈥淪imple. Because the system is just so simple to use.鈥 And the data she gathers from the system has made it easier to justify funding decisions to leadership.
Cirrus Aircraft
Cirrus Aircraft hired鈥疊rian Miller鈥痑s Lead Facilities Analyst in early 2023, with a goal to take the company鈥檚 execution of Asset Essentials 鈥渢o the next level.鈥
One of the primary ways the team was able to accomplish that goal was by encouraging the use of the Asset Essentials mobile app. It has allowed the Cirrus team to deploy technology directly to the work site and easily update asset maintenance information to accelerate work order completion times.
Western Carolina University
When Reid Conway, Director of Energy and Utilities, joined Western Carolina University, the facilities team was still using spreadsheets to track energy usage. Conway, committed to cutting costs by boosting energy efficiency, made it his goal to build a culture of sustainability across the campus.鈥
After transitioning to 香蕉视频鈥檚 Energy Manager, Western Carolina University has been able to achieve a 55% reduction in BTU per sq. ft. 鈥 leading the UNC system 鈥 and gain visibility into utility usage for every building across their 682-acre campus.
